Returns and Refunds
We accept returns/refunds of products that meet the conditions below within 30 days from the date of delivery.
We accept returns/refunds if:
・the product was purchased on the Official SHIRO US Online Store; and
・the product is in its original packaging and unused; and/or
・the product has a defect or was damaged before delivery.
If you want to return the products and get a refund, please send us an email at info@shiro-shiro.us including the following information:
- Your order number;
- The names of such products; and
- An image of the product (for us to check the product condition)

Please note that we cannot accept returns/refunds when:
・A defect-free product has been used; and/or
・The product was purchased at a discounted price

Precautions Regarding Returns and Refunds of Products
All shipping costs, both purchase and return, shall be borne by you.
You will make the shipment to us at your own cost, and when we confirm the return of the product, you will receive the refund of the price of the product.We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from returned products as applicable.
The time it takes for the returned product to reach us may vary depending on your location, which may also affect the timing of your refund.

Please Check Your Refund Status
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please do the following:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of the above actions and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@shiro-shiro.us.

Returns and Refunds of Products as Gifts
If we accept a return and a refund of a product that you bought and sent as a gift, you will receive the refund of such product.
If you received the product as a gift but desire to return it to us, and we accept the return and refund of such product, we will send a refund to the purchaser of such a product, who will also be notified about your return.

Replacement
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you want to replace defective or damaged products, please send us an email at info@shiro-shiro.us including the following information:
- Your order number;
- The names of such products; and
- An image of such defect or damage.
Please note that we do not accept replacements for any other reasons.
