Not the real deal

This is the first time I ordered from Your website.
It is NOT the same fragrance I have had in the past from other sellers.
Not only does it not smell the same
and with NO box ,itdissipates within two seconds.
I would really love to get my money back!!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the scent of “MARVELLOUS STAR.”

As mentioned in our recent email response, scent perception varies from person to person and may also differ depending on the season or your physical condition.

Regarding product packaging, out of consideration for the environment, SHIRO products manufactured after April 2022 do not include outer boxes.

Products labeled (BOXLESS) and those shown without packaging in product images are sold as standalone items. Please be aware of this when considering future purchases.

As the product you previously purchased was not from our official online store, we are unable to assess any concerns regarding product quality or fragrance differences.

Should you have any other concerns, please contact us via email reply.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
